This Privacy Policy explains how Zarco Capital LLC (“Zarco Capital”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit zarcocapitalgroup.com or do business with us. Zarco Capital LLC is a limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming, with its mailing address at 30 N Gould St #56928, Sheridan, WY 82801.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you email, call or message us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as:
- Homeowners: your name, phone, email, the property address and details about the property and your plans to sell.
- Investors and buyers: your name, company, contact details, the properties you are looking for and, if you choose to provide it, proof of funds.
- Rental applicants and tenants: the information in your application, such as identification, income, rental history and references, and, only with your written consent, credit and background reports.
Information from this website. This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or contact forms, and the fonts are served from our own website. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the website and protect it against attacks.
Public records. Like other real estate investors, we may use publicly available property records (for example, county ownership and tax records) to identify properties and contact their owners.
2. How we use information
- To respond to you and evaluate a property;
- To prepare, negotiate and carry out purchase, sale or rental agreements;
- To share information about a property with investors who may buy it or our contract;
- To screen rental applicants using the same criteria for everyone, and to work with housing authorities;
- To keep business, accounting and tax records and to comply with the law.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only when needed to do business with you, with:
- title companies, closing attorneys, lenders, inspectors and contractors involved in a transaction or property;
- a buyer to whom we assign a purchase agreement, limited to what is needed to close;
- public housing authorities, for Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) tenancies;
- service providers that run our systems (email, website hosting and our internal database), under confidentiality obligations;
- authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights.
4. Calls, texts and emails
If you give us your phone number or email, we may contact you about your property or the matter you raised. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying “STOP” to a text message, telling us on a call or emailing us, and we will honor your request promptly.
5. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and as required for legal, tax and accounting records (generally up to seven years after a transaction or tenancy ends).
6. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, unless we must keep it by law. Email afonso@zarcocapitalgroup.com and we will respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
Depending on where you live (for example, California, other U.S. states, or the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority. We will honor them as required.
7. Security
We protect personal information with access controls, encrypted connections and accounts limited to authorized team members. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and will notify you if required by law.
8. Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
