When we sign a purchase agreement, we may close on the property ourselves or assign our interest in the contract to another buyer, and we disclose this in writing before you sign.

4. Information we share with investors

Property details, estimated after-repair values, repair estimates, comparable sales and rent figures we provide are estimates prepared in good faith, not guarantees. Buyers and investors are responsible for their own inspections and due diligence before committing to any purchase.

We do business in accordance with the federal Fair Housing Act and applicable state and local laws, and we do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, source of income or any other protected characteristic.

6. Reserved area

The “Sign in” area at app.zarcocapitalgroup.com is for authorized Zarco Capital team members only. Any attempt to access it without authorization is prohibited.

7. Intellectual property

The Zarco Capital name, logo and the content of this website belong to Zarco Capital LLC and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
